We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pacific Waters Press / Pause for a Cause.
Because our products may be printed, packed, or fulfilled specifically for each order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Approved replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
